Hi! I’m Stefania (steh‑FAH‑nee‑uh)
I’ve always been drawn to the kind of ideas that make people stop and say, “Wait… we’re actually going to build that?” The ambitious ones. The complicated ones. The ones that seem just a little impossible until the right team comes together to make them real.
I’m Stefania, an Executive Creative Producer with a passion for turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences. Producing isn’t just my career. It’s how I’m wired. I love bringing order to complexity, connecting talented people, solving impossible-looking problems, and watching an idea evolve from a sketch on a whiteboard into something people can walk through, interact with, and remember long after they leave.
For more than a decade, I’ve led immersive, experiential, digital, and live productions where creativity and technology come together. I thrive at the intersection of creative vision, strategy, and execution, translating ambitious concepts into experiences that not only work technically, but genuinely connect with people.
Most recently, I served as the sole producer for Atlas9, a $26.7 million, 48,000-square-foot immersive entertainment destination recognized as the #2 Best New Attraction in the U.S. I led the project from concept through opening, bringing together creative, engineering, AV, interactive technology, infrastructure, content, marketing, and operations into one cohesive vision. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime projects that reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
Throughout my career, I’ve produced everything from immersive attractions and experiential marketing campaigns to live events, film, XR, CGI, and interactive installations. No matter the project, I bring the same mindset. Stay calm, solve the next problem, support the team, and never lose sight of the experience we’re creating for the audience.
One of my greatest strengths isn’t just producing the work. It’s creating an environment where great work can happen. I believe the best projects come from teams that trust each other, communicate openly, and feel empowered to do their best thinking. I naturally bring energy, optimism, and steadiness to every room I’m in, especially when the pressure is high.
At the end of the day, I love building experiences that make people feel something. If someone walks away amazed, inspired, or simply feeling like they were part of something special, then we’ve done our job. That’s the kind of work I’ll always chase.
